Caprylic Acid Plus is formulated to combat mild yeast and fungal infections which can include thrush, otherwise known as chronic candidiasis. The most common species of yeast responsible for this condition is Candida albicans, a common resident of the microbiome of healthy persons; unfortunately, this opportunistic yeast can overpopulate and infect the skin, genitals, and digestive tract.
