Medicinal Ingredients:
Each tablespoon 15ml contains
Glucosamine sulfate: 750 mg
(from crab/lobster/shrimp exoskeleton)
Glucosamine hydrochloride (from crab/shrimp exoskeleton): 450 mg
MSM (methylsulfonylmethane): 240 mg
Hydrolyzed collagen (fish): 180 mg
Boswellia extract (Boswellia serrata): 720 mg
(1:10 extract, equiv. 72mg)
Cat’s claw bark (Uncaria tomentosa): 600 mg
(1:10 extract, equiv. 60 mg)
Sarsaparilla root (Similax officinalis): 600 mg
(1:10 extract, equiv. 60 mg)
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol): 200 IU/5 mcg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Purified water, apple juice concentrate, citric acid, natural apple flavour, caramel colour, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, stevia.
Directions:
Adults (19 years and older): Take 1-2 tablespoons daily with meals.

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Known adverse reactions: Mild gastrointestinal bloating, constipation or indigestion may occur. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur, in which case discontinue use.
