It contains PharmaGABA® to help promote a relaxed mental state, inositol to reduce nighttime blood sugar imbalances, magnesium to relax muscles, and passionflower and jujube to calm the mind and foster a deeper sleep.

Medicinal Ingredients:

PharmaGABA® gamma-aminobutyric acid: 50 mg
Inositol : 325 mg
Magnesium (bisglycinate): 50 mg
Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata, herb top): 32 mg
4:1 extract, equiv. to 128 mg
Jujube (Ziziphus jujuba, fruit): 25 mg
20:1 extract, equiv. to 500 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Rice bran (Oryza sativa)*, rice hull powder (Oryza sativa)*, gum arabic*, sunflower oil*, silicon dioxide, maltodextrin, vegetable capsule shell (hypromellose).

Directions:
Adults (19 years and older) – Take 2 capsules daily.
Cautions & Warnings:
